婴幼儿良好的饮食习惯包括:(1)定时、定点进餐:到了吃饭的时间,幼儿主动到固定的位置吃饭,大一点的幼儿还会帮父母做一些就餐前的准备工作。(2)不偏食、不挑食:各种主食、副食都吃,不因喜好而只吃某几种食物,影响膳食平衡。
Good eating habits of infants and young children include: (1) regular, mealtime meals: to eat time, children take the initiative to a fixed position to eat, older children will help their parents do some pre-meal preparation.
