力量是体育运动中的首要素质,加强和改善短跑中的力量训练,是提高短跑运动水平的关键,其中注重爆发力的训练更是力量训练的核心。因此,在提高短跑力量训练中,对所有参加工作的肌肉全面地、高强度地进行训练,是提高肌力的重要手段。本文阐述了在短跑力量训练中,正确地掌握各种短跑的专门性训练和提高腰腹肌力量的一些方法。
Strength is the primary quality in sports. To strengthen and improve the strength training in sprint is the key to improve the level of sprint sports. Training focusing on explosive power is the core of strength training.
