目的:探讨年龄因素对听觉P300的影响。方法:测试94例正常受试者听觉P300,对正常参考值进行t检验和直线相关分析。结果:中青年组(<50岁)与老年组(≥50岁)相比,P300峰潜伏期(PL)和波幅(Amp)均有显著性差异。两组内测量值与年龄无直线相关关系。在全部受试者中,P300 PL和Amp分别与年龄呈正、负直线相关,即随年龄增加,PL延长,Amp降低。结论:在临床实践中,应考虑年龄因素对P300的影响,不同年龄组应分别建立正常参考值。
Objective: To investigate the effect of age on auditory P300. Methods: Auditory P300 was measured in 94 normal subjects. The normal reference values were examined by t test and linear correlation analysis. Results: There were significant differences in P300 peak latency (PL) and amplitude (Amp) between young and middle-aged group (<50 years old) and elderly group (≥50 years old) There was no linear correlation between the measured values and age in the two groups. In all subjects, P300 PL and Amp were positively and negatively correlated with age, respectively, that is, with age, PL prolonged and Amp decreased. Conclusion: In clinical practice, the effect of age on P300 should be considered. Normal reference values should be established for different age groups.
