当前,我国正处在经济体制转轨时期,多种经济成份并存,所有制形式多样化。而现行医疗收费价位则是在计划经济时期制定和发展而来的。现行医疗收费价位与多样化的所有制形式两者之间存在着很大的不协调性。这种不协调性已经成为我国深化卫生改革面临的一个主要问题。
