目的考察高中生应对方式的特征,并进一步探讨其与自我和谐的关系。方法采用应对方式问卷和自我和谐量表对200名高中生进行问卷调查。结果高中生只在极少应对方式上存在性别和家庭所在地差异,父亲在外打工对其子女应对方式无影响,母亲在外打工只在求助因子上有影响;应对方式与自我和谐总分及其分量表得分存在不同程度的相关。结论采用解决问题和求助有利于其自我和谐,而采用幻想、退避和合理化不利于其自我和谐。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of coping styles of senior high school students and explore their relationship with self-harmony. Methods A questionnaire of coping style and self-consistency scale were used to survey 200 high school students. Results High school students only had very few coping styles with differences in gender and family location. Working outside their father had no effect on their children’s coping styles. Working outside their mothers only had an impact on asking for help. Coping styles and self-consistency scores and subscales There are different levels of correlation between the scores. Conclusion It is good for self-harmony to solve the problem and to seek help. However, the use of illusion, retreat and rationalization is not conducive to self-harmony.
