目的了解压力管理干预对改善汽车制造企业(车企)员工压力反应与工作满意度的作用。方法于2014年1月采用分层随机抽样的方法选取广州某中日合资车企员工280人进行压力反应和工作满意度的测量,基于工作满意度分数,得到低工作满意度组(实验组)76人,高工作满意度组(对照组)76人;开展为期12个月的压力管理干预,于2015年1月再次进行压力反应和工作满意度的评估,了解干预效果。结果车企员工的压力反应和工作满意度显著相关(r=0.219,P<0.05)。经过压力管理干预后,实验组的压力反应得分(19.38±9.54),显著高于干预前(16.00±10.47)(P<0.05);工作满意度得分(11.07±4.59),显著高于干预前(2.89±1.96)(P<0.01)。结论通过压力管理干预,能够在一定程度上改善车企员工的压力反应,提高工作满意度。
Objective To understand the role of stress management interventions in improving employee stress response and job satisfaction in automobile manufacturing enterprises (car companies). Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select 280 employees from a Chinese-Japanese auto company in Guangzhou in January 2014 to measure the stress response and job satisfaction. Based on the job satisfaction scores, a low job satisfaction group (experimental group) 76 people, high job satisfaction group (control group), 76 people; carried out a 12-month stress management intervention, and again in January 2015 to assess the stress response and job satisfaction to understand the effect of the intervention. Results There was a significant correlation between job stress and job satisfaction (r = 0.219, P <0.05). After the stress management intervention, the experimental group’s stress response score (19.38 ± 9.54) was significantly higher than that before intervention (16.00 ± 10.47) (P <0.05); job satisfaction score was 11.07 ± 4.59, which was significantly higher than that before intervention 2.89 ± 1.96) (P <0.01). Conclusion Through pressure management intervention, to a certain extent, it can improve the pressure response of employees in automobile enterprises and improve job satisfaction.
