美国在中等职业学校德育教育上重视体验与直接经验的获取,很大程度上决定了其德育教育的成功。中国中等职业学校要借鉴其成功的经验,打破现有德育体系,构建生活化德育教育体系,沟通课内课外,建立学生成长的德育爱心档案,把德育视角延伸到社会中去,实现德育关爱学生的目标。
