介绍了热轧厂F0上辊4100 kW直流电机温升的测试结果。结合电机的设计和运行现状,详细分析了电机温升高的原因。提出了改善电机温升分布、增大冷却器的冷却水流量和降低绕组温升的措施。
The test results of temperature rise of 4100 kW DC motor on F0 upper roller in hot rolling mill are introduced. Combined with the design and operation status of the motor, the causes of the high temperature rise of the motor are analyzed in detail. Proposed to improve the motor temperature distribution, increase the cooling water flow cooler and reduce the temperature rise measures.
