为解决某型机车牵引变流器控制箱故障率较高的问题,在该机车上进行了现场振动测试,并对故障现象和振动测试数据进行分析,确定了控制箱安装基础振动过大是引起控制箱较高故障率的主要原因。在此基础上提出了控制箱的减振方案,并进行了仿真计算分析和装车试验验证。仿真分析及装车试验结果表明二者一致性较好,控制箱减振方案具有较好的减隔振效果,且工程可实施性较好,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In order to solve the problem of high failure rate of control box of a locomotive traction converter, on-site vibration test was carried out on the locomotive and the fault phenomena and vibration test data were analyzed to confirm that excessive vibration of the control box installation foundation was caused The main reason for the higher failure rate of the control box. On this basis, the vibration control scheme of the control box is put forward, and the simulation calculation and analysis and loading test are carried out. The results of simulation analysis and loading test show that the consistency between the two is good, and the damping solution of the control box has a good effect of reducing vibration isolation. The project can be implemented well and has a high popularization and application value.
