患者女,33岁,因乏力10 d,意识障碍伴发热1 d于2015年12月13日入院。10 d前患者劳累后自觉乏力、气短,伴鼻出血、月经量增多,1 d前被家属发现晕倒在浴室,呼之能应,伴有发热,当地医院查头颅CT无明显异常(图1)。既往3个月前出现心慌、脾气暴躁、易怒、双眼球外凸表现;近期无毒物、放射性物质接触史及旅游史。39.1℃141/min
