怎样提高英语阅读水平
很多单词都认识，就是不知道它在说什么，怎样才能看懂英语阅读？

总结来说，形成英语思维很重要。初级建议阅读一些超词汇量大概30%以内的词汇进行阅读。另外兴趣为辅，我建议阅读的书目是牛津通识读本，有200多本，言简意赅，涉及各个学科各个方面。都是大家小书，知识点都是正确的。
另外，我觉得提高阅读速度只是一种片面的高速求成，反而得不偿失。不如先从整体入手，把听说读写全面提高起来，就事半功倍了。如果想要提高整体听说读写，一般持续就是先掌握听，然后能够与情境相关。具体细节就是，不翻译直接反应，得到更直接的图像信息而不是汉语信息。在看美剧时，初始先培养对一般语言的反应能力，其次是看学术型的如耶鲁公开课一类，慢慢戒除字幕依赖性。对于句子结构也是如此，重复使用的句式其实很有限，在专业词汇齐备的情况下，不建议花过多时间在语法上。至于说，就是反复练习和一定要苛求自己的发音。推荐《标准美语发音的13个秘诀》，还有American accent的一个软件。在实际对话中反复练习是语音提高最快的。
另外一个误区就是背单词，要想高速阅读，单词量一定不会低。本人的亲身经验就是，除非是面对语言考试，否则枯燥的一天背大量单词是无用功。当然，专业术语和词汇需要特别记忆一下，但是这个范围的词汇应该不超过2000个。更应该结合比较适合自己水平的英语书籍来进行提高。把不会的词汇进行猜词和圈划，方便后面回忆。这些词汇不要贪多。最好一天不超过100个，否则的话就证明你的阅读材料已经超出你目前水平太多。高速阅读的词汇在精不在多。凡事求十全十美只会提升阅读的门槛，很难有进步的成就感，不可求全。
