胡锦涛同志在十六届三中全会上对党的领导干部提出了“为民、务实、清廉”六字要求,这对领导干部的健康成长有深刻的意义。根据我学习“六字”要求的理解,结合农发行领导千部实际,概括为二十四个字:树理想、勤学习、干事业、戒嗜好、交诤友、淡名利、孝父母、为群众。
At the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, Comrade Hu Jintao put forward the six-point requirement of “leading the people, being pragmatic and honest,” which is of profound significance to the healthy growth of the leading cadres. According to my understanding of the “six characters” requirements, combined with the actual cadres of the ADBC, summed up as 24 words: tree ideal, diligently study, do business, quit hobby, pay homage to friends, fame and fortune, filial piety, for the masses .
