对鲢鱼暴发性流行病病原进行分离和人工感染,对致病力强的菌株进行培养特性观察,并测定其生理生化反应。依《伯杰细菌鉴定手册》(第八版),初步鉴定为气单胞菌属中的嗜水气单胞茵(Aeromonas hydrophila)。
The pathogens of the outbreak of silver carp were isolated and artificial infection. The pathogenicity of the strains were cultured to observe the characteristics, and determine the physiological and biochemical reactions. According to “Berger Bacteria Identification Handbook” (eighth edition), initially identified as Aeromonas Aeromonas hydrophila (Aeromonas hydrophila).
