视网膜脱离实际上是视网膜色素上皮与神经上皮层之间的分离,有原发性和继发性两种。原发性视网膜脱离由于裂孔而形成,也称为孔原性视网膜脱离,是一种严重的致盲眼病。原发性视网膜脱离确诊后应尽早手术,手术的目的在于寻找并封闭所有的视网膜裂孔,创造促使视网膜神经上皮与色素上皮贴近的条件,缓解或解除玻璃体对视网膜的牵拉,使视网膜复位。
Retinal detachment is actually the separation between the retinal pigment epithelium and the neural epithelium, there are two primary and secondary.
