先天性心脏病是先天畸形中最常见的类型之一,是一种多基因遗传病。但目前病因不明,预防措施极少。近来研究认为,同型半胱氨酸的代谢异常在先心病的发病机制中起着重要作用,而亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶活性和叶酸水平又影响同型半胱氨酸的浓度。同时,叶酸在先心病的预防上也起到一定的作用。本文阐述同型半胱氨酸在先心病的发病机制上的作用、三者的相互关系及叶酸的防治作用。
Congenital heart disease is one of the most common types of congenital malformations and is a polygenic disease. But at present the cause is unknown and there are few preventive measures. Recent studies suggest that homocysteine metabolism abnormalities in the pathogenesis of congenital heart disease plays an important role, and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase activity and folic acid levels affect the concentration of homocysteine. At the same time, folic acid in the prevention of congenital heart disease also played a role. This article describes the role of homocysteine in the pathogenesis of CHD, the relationship between the three and the role of folic acid in prevention and treatment.
