医院图书馆因其具备社会教育职责,是构建和谐社会体系中不可缺少的组成部分。中央提出构建“社会主义和谐社会”的伟大命题后,和谐思想成为全社会的指导思想。医院图书馆如何实践“以人为本”管理服务理念、为医院临床、科研、教学等实践活动提供信息服务和智力支持,成为当前医院图书馆和广大医务人员关心的话题。
Because of its social education responsibility, the hospital library is an integral part of building a harmonious society. After the Central Committee put forward the great proposition of building a “socialist harmonious society,” the concept of “harmony” has become the guiding ideology of the whole society. How the hospital library practices “people-oriented” management service concept and provides information service and intellectual support for clinical practice, scientific research, teaching and other practical activities in the hospital library has become a topic of concern to current hospital libraries and medical staffs.
