中央经济工作会议、总公司第十五次直属企业经理(厂长)会议和上海市第七次党代会对于指导我们今年乃至今后一个时期的工作有着十分重要的意义。因此,党政领导班子研究认为,当前首先要组织好会议精神的传达,认真学习和领会会议的主要精神。在此基础上,要结合上海石化的实际情况,进一步统一思想,精心规划1998年的各项工作。我们希望,通过这一段的学习和研究,能够使我们在学习十五大精神过程中形成的发展思路更加清晰化,贯彻到今年的各项工作安排中去。我们也希望,通过即将召开的职代会和党委工作会议奠定必要的思想基
The Central Economic Work Conference, the 15th Meeting of Direct Enterprise Managers (Heads) and the 7th Party Congress of Shanghai Municipality are of great significance to guiding our work this year and beyond. Therefore, the study by the party and government leading bodies believes that at the moment we must first organize the transmission of the spirit of the conference, earnestly study and understand the main spirit of the conference. On this basis, in line with the actual situation of Shanghai Petrochemical, we should further unify our thinking and carefully plan all the work in 1998. We hope that through this period of study and research, we will be able to clarify the development train of thought that we formed during the study of the spirit of the 15th Party Congress and carry it out to all the work arrangements this year. We also hope that the necessary ideological basis will be laid through the work conference of the Workers’ Congress and the party committees to be held soon
