双薯栽培,即利用马铃薯植株较小、生育期短,喜冷凉气候的特点,于立春前后在准备栽扦春山芋的垄背上,排马铃薯种,在马铃薯收获前30～40天再栽春山芋。这种栽培方法可显著提高单位面积产量从而增加经济效益。
