一所学校的发展需要经历三个层次。一是依靠校长的个人魅力——依人治校;二是依靠刚性的学校制度——依法治校;三是依靠师生已经约定俗成的思想观念和行为方式——文化治校。我理想中的学校是一所师生都能“快乐工作、学习每一天”的“无为而治”的学校。这样的学校既讲究科学管理,又能做到民主决策,更能让师生体会到浓浓的人文关怀而脸上呈现微笑,心中进发热情。“无为而治”体现在校长的有所为有所不为和教师的自律慎独上,与之相应的应该是“润物无声”的无痕状态的管理风格。
The development of a school needs to go through three levels.
