Eph(Erythropoietin producing hepatocellular carcinoma)基因家族属于受体酪氨酸激酶(receptor tyrosine kinases,RTKs)家族中最大的一个亚族,可分为EphA和EphB。
The Eph (Erythropoietin producing hepatocellular carcinoma) gene family belongs to the largest subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) and can be divided into EphA and EphB. Eph gene family is involved in many physiological activities, and Eph gene overexpression can also lead to malignant transformation of cells. In recent years, the study found that EphA2 gene expression and renal cell carcinoma classification, lymph node metastasis, tumor-free survival are directly related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma. To this end, EphA2 gene may become a biological marker for diagnosis and prediction of the malignancy of renal cell carcinoma and prognosis, providing new targets and new ideas for the biological treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
