企业作为我国社会建设与发展体系当中的一个重要组成部分,其自身的党政廉政文化建设,既关系着企业的和谐健康发展,又关系着我国和谐社会整体的构建,因此我们必须要加强企业党政廉政文化建设的研究与实践,提高企业党政廉政文化建设质量。本文基于作者自身的实际工作经验,主要对当前时代背景下,我国企业该如何加强自身的党政廉政文化建设提出了部分探讨性建议,以期进一步保障企业和谐健康发展,促进和谐社会构建。
As an important part of China’s social construction and development system, its own culture of party and government incorruption not only relates to the harmonious and healthy development of enterprises, but also relates to the overall construction of a harmonious society in our country.
