一、前言 该煤矿的巷道掘进,大致分为沿煤层、半煤岩和岩层掘进3种,其中煤层部分主要是用连续采煤机系统掘进的,岩石部分是用钻车和气腿凿岩机掘进的。而在半煤岩掘进中,则用装有钻车的连续采煤机系统或装有气腿凿岩机的连续采煤机完成快速掘进。不过在任何一个系统中都不可避免地要产生大量煤尘和粉尘,这就给作业环境和安全带来很大危害,而且会妨碍快速掘进。
I. Introduction The tunneling of the coal mine is roughly divided into three types of tunneling along the coal seam, semi-coal rock and rock formation. The coal seam is mainly driven by a continuous shearer system. The rock is partially drilled with a drilling rig and an air leg rock drill. In semi-coal tunneling, rapid drilling is carried out by a continuous shearer system equipped with a drill or a continuous shearer equipped with an air-leg rock drill. However, in any system, it is unavoidable to produce a large amount of coal dust and dust, which brings great harm to the working environment and safety, and will hinder the rapid tunneling.
