【设计理念】六年级上册第三单元习作是写一种自己喜欢的美味,但每年这一习作,孩子们不是盐豆、煎饼、腌辣椒、豆腐,就是过桥米线、擀面皮、牛肉粉丝,孩子们爱吃,因此写起来很精彩。今年我决定一改往日做法,何不让他们亲自动手体验一下做菜的感觉呢,这样写起来不是更好吗?基于此,我布置学生周末做一次饭,并把做饭的过程写下来。孩子们做饭的兴致颇浓,可文字上体现得却不够丰富,三言两语,该详写的不详写,做菜动作一语带过。于是我设计了此课的教学,教学生抓住动作这一个细节将文章写具体、写生动,让孩子们边实践、边体会动作,从而举一反三学会选取特定的动作,来烘托人物的心情或品质。带着感情写作文,写自己的生活,吐自己的内心,作文不再枯燥,而是一种快乐、一种
