以菌草杏鲍菇菌糟为试验材料,采用正交试验设计,研究了提取温度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数对杏鲍菇菌糟粗多糖提取率的影响,并以粗多糖得率为评价指标,优化提取工艺。试验结果表明,菌草杏鲍菇菌糟的最佳提取工艺为提取温度90℃、提取时间2 h、料液比1∶20、提取3次,在此条件下菌糟粗多糖得率为3.62%。
Taking the fungus strain of Pleurotus eryngii as test material, the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, material-liquid ratio and extraction times on the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii were studied by orthogonal experimental design. Rate for the evaluation index, optimize the extraction process. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions for fungus bad bacteria were as follows: extraction temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 2 h, ratio of material to liquid 1:20, extraction 3 times, %.
