杨健、王明琼 (潼南县柏梓中心医院)报道:患者,男,61岁,左上肺鳞状上皮细胞癌。在输注氨苄青霉素,甲硝唑、地塞米松等后静注50％GS40ml,皮试阴性后加细胞色素 C(成都制药三厂生产,批号910303)30mg,15分钟后出现幻听、幻视,约持续60分钟自行消失。次日又同量静注细胞色素 C,注射过程中即出现幻觉,遂停用。以后继续氨苄青霉素、甲硝唑及地塞米松3日,无此反应。
