自1981年地质队按专业化组建队后，我队成为单一的探矿工程专业队——河南省地矿局第五探矿工程队。现有职工670人，各类专业技术干部80多人，开动钻机8台。1982年以来我队生产形势喜人，这一年提前40天超额完成省局下达的9125米任务。1983年提前72天超额完成省局下达的10，000米任务。1984年提前95天超额完成地矿局下达的13，000米任务。工程质量逐年提高，优质孔率1981年为12％，1982年为78％，1983年和1984年均达到94％以上，钻探成本逐年下降。为什么会出现这样好的生产形势呢？大家深感，还是新技术开拓了我队钻探工作新局面。现就推广钻探新技术方面的概况，简介如下。
Since 1981. Geological team set up by specialized team, our team become a single prospecting engineering team - Henan Province Geological and Mineral Resources Bureau of the fifth prospecting team. 670 employees, more than 80 various types of professional and technical cadres, drilling rig 8. Since 1982, the production situation of our team is gratifying, exceeding the 9125m task assigned by the provincial bureau 40 days ahead of schedule this year. In 1983, 72 days ahead of schedule to complete the 10000-meter mission issued by the provincial bureau. In 1984, 95,000 days ahead of completion of 13,000 meters assigned by the Mines Bureau. The quality of the project increased year by year. The high-quality porosity was 12% in 1981 and 78% in 1982, reaching over 94% in 1983 and 1984, and the drilling cost decreased year by year. Why is there such a good production situation? Everybody is deeply felt, or new technology has opened up a new situation in our team’s drilling work.
