本文结合某钢厂的热轧温度自动控制过程,给出了有效采集数据的方案与正确的过程性能指数的计算方法,指出了目前数据采集与过程性能指数计算的不当,为正确监控过程奠定了基础。
Based on the automatic control of hot rolling temperature in a steel mill, this paper gives a scheme of effective data collection and the correct calculation of process performance index. It points out the improper calculation of current data acquisition and process performance index, which lays the foundation for the correct monitoring process basis.
