本文应用Humphreyinstructment855型自动视野计对36例53眼高度近视黄斑5°范围光敏感度进行了测量。高度近视眼黄斑部光敏感度为21.05±3.90dB,明显低于正常对照眼黄斑部光敏感度(33.76±1.32dB),P<0.05;黄斑部光敏感度与高度近视眼轴长度呈负相关,相关系数r=-0.4519;在屈光度>15.0D时,黄斑部光敏感度明显降低,本文还对黄斑部光敏感度与高度近视眼矫正视力、眼底病变的关系进行了讨论。
In this paper, Humphreyinstructment855 type of automatic field device 36 cases of 53 eyes with high myopia 5 ° range of light sensitivity were measured.
