图1是一种联轴节零件,磨削尺寸为16f6的凸爪时,要求以(?)25H7孔定位。由于16f6凸爪对(?)25H~7孔中心的对称度允差为0.02mm。因此,需设计一种夹具来保证其对称度达到图纸要求。为此,我设计了图2所示的新的磨削凸爪用的夹具,能控制工件上16f6凸爪对φ25H7孔的对称度,并达到图纸要求。此夹具是利用间接测量图2上尺寸“B”和“C”,来控制工件上16f6凸爪对φ25H7孔的对称度的。由
