目的探讨鄱阳湖水浸泡对兔桡骨开放性骨折的影响，为鄱湖水浸泡开放性损伤的治疗提供依据。方法对选取的36只兔龄5~6个月的雌性南昌大白兔进行造模、分组试验，根据试验结果，判断其影响。结果鄱阳湖水浸泡对兔桡骨开放性骨折愈合影响，包括骨折线、骨痂、骨皮质、髓腔等多个方面的影响。结论鄱阳湖水浸泡比矿置开放性骨折，膜内成骨延缓，骨膜骨原细胞及成骨细胞增生分化明显延迟。“,”Objective To explore the ef ect of water immersion on the healing of open fracture of radius in rabbits, and to reflect the influence of the water immersion on the health of the local people. Methods Open fracture test was performed in 36 rabbits aged to 6 months of age from to 5 months. Results The ef ects of water immersion in Poyang Lake on the healing of rabbit radial fractures, including the ef ects of fracture line, cal us, bone cortex, medul ary cavity and so on. Conclusion Poyang Lake water immersion is more obvious than that in the open fracture,the oossification of the membrane and the proliferation and dif erentiation of osteoblasts and osteoblasts.
