目的:为桂林唇柱苣苔的开发利用提供生药鉴别资料。方法:采用显微鉴定的方法对桂林唇柱苣苔的根状茎和叶进行生药鉴别。结果:桂林唇柱苣苔根状茎横切面上木质部呈不连续环状;根迹维管束可见。叶横切面上栅栏组织和海绵组织界限不明显。根状茎粉末中纤维长条形;网纹导管成群;淀粉粒和方晶较多。叶粉末中导管多为网纹导管;非腺毛和方晶多见。结论:本实验研究的组织特征及粉末鉴别特征可作为该种药用植物质量标准的主要鉴别依据。
Objective: To provide crude drug identification data for the development and utilization of Liriticis in Guilin. METHODS: Microscopic identification was used to identify the rhizomes and leaves of Liriticola giralipe in Guilin. RESULTS: The xylem in the transverse section of the rhizomes of Chirizonchis punctatus in Guilin showed discontinuous loops; The boundaries between palisade tissue and spongy tissue on the cross-section of leaf were not obvious. The rhizome powder has long strips of fibers; clusters of reticulate ducts; starch grains and cubic crystals are more. The catheters in the leaf powder were mostly reticulated catheters; non-glandular hairs and cuboids were more common. Conclusion: The tissue characteristics and powder identification characteristics of this experimental study can be used as the main identification criteria for the quality standard of medicinal plants.
