8月30日,民政部召开全国民政系统视频会议学习贯彻中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于改革社会组织管理制度促进社会组织健康有序发展的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。民政部部长李立国出席会议并讲话。民政部副部长顾朝曦主持会议。李立国指出,《意见》是党中央、国务院对社会组织改革发展作出的重大决策部署,是指导当前和今后一个时期我国社会组织工作的纲领
On August 30, the Ministry of Civil Affairs held a video conference of the national civil affairs system to study and implement the Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Reforming the Management System of Social Organizations and Promoting the Healthy and Orderly Development of Social Organizations (hereinafter referred to as Opinions). Minister of Civil Affairs Li Liguo attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Gu Chaoxi, vice minister of civil affairs, chaired the meeting. Li Liguo pointed out: “Opinion” is a major policy decision made by the Central Party Committee and the State Council on the reform and development of social organizations and is a program guiding the work of our social organizations in the present and in the future
