本文对妇科70例不同疾病的宫内膜组织进行细胞内ER、PR含量检测,并与组织形态变化作相应的光镜比较观察。结果提示:不孕症和子宫功能性出血的不同宫内膜组织像与受体含量变化有着密切的相关性,可作为预示卵巢黄体功能发育的指标之一;皮下埋植避孕,宫内膜上皮细胞内的ER、PR均为。预示应用干扰雌激素刺激蛋白合成的细胞平衡机理,可起到避孕的作用。
