Under the new situation of reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy, the Party building work in public institutions has encountered a great deal of new situations and faced many new topics. Only in accordance with the spirit of the 14th CPC National Congress and the Third, Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee, we can make continuous improvements and make innovations in order to adapt to new changes. Here are some opinions, common research. I. Continuously Strengthen and Improve Ideological and Political Work Under the conditions of reform and opening up and the socialist market economy, public institutions, especially self-supporting public institutions, should deepen their reforms
