目的 了解原发性高血压患者的心理状况。方法 对新疆军区离休干部中 1 2 2例原发性高血压患者和 1 2 0例对照组样本采用症状自评量表 (Scl-90 )进行了测试。结果 病例组的总分、总均分、阳性项目均分均高于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ,影响高血压患者心理健康状况的主要症状因子是 :躯体化、忧郁、恐怖和精神病性等。结论 高血压患者的心理问题不容忽视 ,在治疗中除药物治疗外 ,还应注意心理因素的影响
Objective To understand the psychological status of patients with essential hypertension. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with essential hypertension and 120 control subjects in the Xinjiang Military Region were tested on the Symptom Checklist (Scl-90). Results The total scores, total scores, and positive items of the case group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The main symptom factors affecting the mental health of the hypertensive patients were: somatization, depression, horror, and psychosis. Wait. Conclusion The psychological problems of hypertensive patients can not be ignored. In addition to drug treatment, attention should be paid to the influence of psychological factors.
