Strictly speaking, the community business in the central villa area is still in its infancy, and its functions and formats are not complete. Although some projects are equipped with many community commercial facilities such as “clubs”, “shopping centers”, “living plaza”, “entertainment and leisure shopping mall” and so on, they may be positioned beyond the scope of community services However, from a practical point of view, most of them are still mainly serving community residents, especially commercial facilities in residential areas, far from solving the huge demand in the region. In the newly developed residential area, although some commercial forms are relatively complete, most of them are small in size and few in kind, so it is difficult to meet the needs of the residents for their basic living. A villa owner’s words are particularly representative: “can not buy a bread to buy. ”
