自改革开放以来,我国的经济得到了快速的发展,各行各业都有了长足的进步,未来社会的竞争是人才的竞争,我国的酒店规模和设施都已经非常接近国外酒店,但是在人才的教育以及培养上还没有和国际接轨,人才培养不足虽然涉及到很多个层面,但是从本质上来看,还是外语能力不强导致的制约因素。笔者经过多年的实践探究,分析我国职校酒店管理日语教学的职业特色以及所存在的问题,提出自己的一些建议和参考,探索职校酒店管理日语教学科学可行的模式,旨在为同类型的工作起到借鉴和参考作用。
