应用东菱精纯克栓酶治疗老年急性脑梗死３８例治疗组，常规治疗 （对照组）３０例。结果：治疗后２１天治疗组显效率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０。０１），神经功能缺损评分显著低于治疗前及对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），全血粘度及纤维蛋白原均较治疗前明显下降。结论：东菱精克栓酶早期治疗老年急性脑梗死疗效肯定，对大面积脑梗死、明显高血压，长期应用抗血小板聚集药物慎重应用。
38 cases of elderly acute cerebral infarction were treated with Dongling Jing Ke thrombolytic enzyme, and 30 cases were treated by conventional treatment (control group). CONCLUSION: Dong Ling Jing Ke thrombin early treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction positive effect on large-area cerebral infarction, hypertension, long-term use of anti-platelet aggregation drugs with caution.
