An almost complete skull, which was collected from the Upper Cretaceous of the Bayan Mandahu area inInner Mongolia, China by the Sino-Canadian Dinosaur Project, is described and assigned to a new genus ofprotoceratopsid dinosaur, Magnirostris dodsoni gen.
