“订单教育”作为校企合作培养人才的一种教学方式,是一种最见效的深化产学合作的现代职业教育教学新型模式,体现了校企平等合作的互利互惠原则。企业的发展依赖于学校提供高质量的人才,学校的发展依赖于企业对人才源源不断的需求,校企双方深度融合,真正把对方的利益当成自己的利益,把对方的发展当作自己的发展,形成利益共同体,使校企双方寻求更全面、更紧密、更深入的合作有了基础,使校企的相互持续发展有了可靠的保证。
As a kind of teaching method of school-enterprise cooperation in cultivating talents, Order Education is one of the most effective new modes of modern vocational education to deepen the cooperation of production and study, embodying the principle of mutual benefit and reciprocity between universities and enterprises on the basis of equal cooperation.
