香港回归在即,国内应用写作界对香港公务文书的现状已日渐关注,现依据手头资料,对有关问题评介如下。 香港行政公文的种类规定 香港虽然实行双语制,但行政公文过去只用英文撰写,其写作要求和处理程序也都遵循英国公文惯例。直到1970年10月,由于香港与内地的交往日趋增多,中文公务文书使用的频率迅速增高,港府才开始委任“公事上使用中文问题研究委员会”,1972
With the return of Hong Kong to the Mainland, the domestic application writing community has drawn increasing attention to the status quo of Hong Kong’s official documents. Based on the information at hand, the relevant issues are as follows. The type of administrative document in Hong Kong stipulates that while bilingual copyrights are practiced in Hong Kong, administrative documents have only been written in English in the past. Their writing requirements and procedures also follow British official document conventions. Until October 1970, due to the increasing contacts between Hong Kong and the Mainland and the rapidly increasing frequency of the use of Chinese official documents, the Hong Kong Government began to appoint the Commission on the Study of Official Use of Chinese in 1972.
