我厂自1956年6月份起,在各方面的协助下对全厂原矿、精矿、尾矿、分级、选别、水力旋流器及放槽(固定溜槽的一种型式)等,进行了多次系统的测定。根据测定结果研究分析,针对生产上存在的关键问题,采取措施加以改进,因而一年来使选矿回收率提高了5~6%,主要做法简介于下。磨矿方面矿石的特点是鍚石呈细嵌布,并含有大量氢氧化鈇,锡石嵌布体的大小由0.6~0.008公厘不等,常见者为百分之几公厘到0.1公厘的颗粒。由于鍚石主要是与氢氧化铁紧密结合在一起,因此我们采用了阶段磨矿阶段选别的流程。
