本文组织多位基层医疗卫生服务管理者就广州市基层医疗卫生服务体系创新管理模式展开主题研讨。胡丙杰副主任概述了广州市基层医疗卫生服务体系综合改革情况;曾建新副局长介绍了花都区农村卫生站免费为农民治病(1元钱看病)的农村健康服务新模式;李志武副局长介绍了增城区创新实行的“院长办院”管理模式;高立副局长介绍了南沙区基层医疗卫生机构镇村一体化管理模式;蒋羽萍主任介绍了红山街社区卫生服务中心形成的新型闭环式社区卫生服务模式——“红山模式”;李俊党总支部书记介绍了沙园街社区卫生服务中心构建完整医疗管理体系、率先启动家庭医生签约服务的经验;陈健英主任介绍了白云街社区卫生服务中心基层慢性病管理的经验;徐辉燕主任介绍了华林街社区卫生服务中心以培养全科医生专长和推广特色特需服务为特点的服务模式;张颖副主任介绍了光塔街社区卫生服务中心的医养结合模式。希望这些特色创新管理模式和实践经验能为我国其他地区基层医疗卫生服务体系改革及有效管理提供参考和借鉴。
This article organizes a number of primary health care service managers to conduct a theme discussion on the innovative management mode of primary health care service system in Guangzhou. Deputy Director Hu Bingjie outlined the comprehensive reform of the primary medical and health service system in Guangzhou. Deputy Director Zeng Jianxin introduced a new rural health service model for peasants (1 yuan for medical treatment) at the Rural Health Station in Huadu District; Deputy Director Li Zhivu introduced Zengcheng innovative implementation of “Dean Hospital ” management model; Gao Li, deputy director introduced the Nansha district primary health care institutions town and village integrated management model; Jiang Yu Ping, director introduced Hongshan Street community health service center formation The new closed-loop community health service model - “Hongshan model ”; Li Jun Party branch secretary introduced Shayuan Street Community Health Service Center to build a complete medical management system, the first to start family doctor service contract experience; Chen Jian-ying Director introduced Baiyun Street community health service center grassroots chronic disease management experience; director Xuhui Yan introduced Hualin Street community health service center to cultivate general practitioners expertise and the promotion of special services required for the characteristics of the service model; Zhang Ying, deputy director introduced the light Tower Street Community Health Service Center of the combination of medical and health mode. It is hoped that these innovative management modes and practical experiences can provide reference and reference for the reform and effective management of primary health care service system in other regions of our country.
