插花艺术的热潮正在世界各地蓬勃兴起,学习插花已不仅仅是人们闲情逸趣的一种文化活动,而是作为一门技艺,与其他专业一样,担负着一定的社会职能,对社会的繁荣、人民文化素质的提高起着积极的促进作用,因而也受到各地政府的重视和支持。一些插花学校签发的证明,更具有一定的权威性,获国际承认,持有这种证书,申请移民时还有优先的待遇,这又促进了插花事业的发展。
The upsurge of flower arrangement art is booming all over the world. Learning to arrange floral arrangements is not only a cultural activity that people find leisurely and fun. It is also a craft that, like other professions, shoulders certain social functions and contributes to social prosperity. The improvement of people’s cultural qualities has played a positive role in promoting and has therefore received the attention and support of local governments.
