系统地介绍了基于仿真的跑道容量评估系统的基本设计与功能,就塔台工作流程进行了详细定义。对仿真过程中最后进近时间的计算提出了简化方法,归纳了仿真中需要的随机变量,就其分布与取值进行了探讨,有效解决了任意比例航班计划下的仿真评估。系统仿真结果表明,通过制定具体的评估策略,该系统可以对各种条件的跑道进行容量评估,并能取得可信的结果。
The basic design and function of runway capacity assessment system based on simulation are introduced systematically. The working process of tower platform is defined in detail. A simplified method was proposed to calculate the final approach time in the simulation process. The random variables needed in the simulation were summarized, and their distributions and values were discussed, which effectively solved the simulation evaluation under any proportion of scheduled flights. The system simulation results show that the system can evaluate the capacity of the runway in various conditions and obtain credible results by formulating specific assessment strategies.
