[目的]分析凋亡相关因子Clusterin和脾酪氨酸激酶(Syk)与大肠癌生物学行为的关系。[方法]应用免疫组化法检测80例大肠癌组织和癌周正常组织中Clusterin和Syk表达水平。[结果]Clusterin在正常大肠组织中表达率为10.00%(8/80),在大肠癌组织中的表达率为71.25%(57/80),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。Syk在正常大肠组织中表达率为92.50%(74/80),在大肠癌组织中的表达率为35.00%(28/80),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。Clusterin表达与大肠癌分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),Syk表达水平与大肠癌浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。[结论]大肠癌组织中Clusterin高表达,Syk低表达,两者可作为判断大肠癌恶性潜能的生物学指标。
[Objective] To analyze the relationship between apoptosis-related factors Clusterin and spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) and the biological behavior of colorectal cancer. [Method] The expression of Clusterin and Syk in 80 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The expression rate of Clusterin in normal colorectal tissues was 10.00% (8/80), and it was 71.25% (57/80) in colorectal carcinoma tissues. There was a significant difference (P <0.01). The expression of Syk was 92.50% (74/80) in normal colorectal tissues and 35.00% (28/80) in colorectal carcinomas, with significant difference (P <0.01). Clusterin expression was correlated with the degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Syk expression was correlated with the depth of invasion, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Clusterin is overexpressed and Syk is low expressed in colorectal cancer tissues, both of which can be used as biological indicators to evaluate the malignant potential of colorectal cancer.
