将传统俗语“授之以鱼不如授之以渔,授之以渔不如授之以欲”与高校图书馆用户教育工作结合起来,强调了高校图书馆用户教育工作的重要性,指出了当前高校图书馆用户教育工作方法中存在的不足之处,并提出了一些高校图书馆用户教育与培训的新理念与措施,以期高校图书馆能够认真思考授之以欲/渔的重要性,采取有力的措施,努力提高高校图书馆用户教育工作的水平。
