目的:探讨锥束CT(Cone Beam Computer Tomography,CBCT)在下颌后牙区种植的指导作用,研究下颌管的解剖结构与牙种植的关系。方法:对95例计划行下颌后牙区种植患者拍摄CBCT,根据分析结果将适合行下颌后牙区域种植术的患者纳入研究人群,治疗结束后评估其临床效果;测量下颌骨在每个牙位截面上有关牙槽嵴及下颌管的相关数据,进行统计学分析。结果:95例患者在CBCT指导下,行常规种植术并全部完成修复,成功率为100%;下牙槽嵴顶以及下方10mm宽度由前向后逐渐增宽;牙槽嵴由上向下逐渐增宽;下颌管位于下颌骨体内下方走行中偏舌侧,并近下颌骨下缘,在下颌第1,2磨牙区下颌管走行与下颌下缘成平行状,在近颏孔处转向外和向颊侧出颏孔。结论:CBCT对于下颌管解剖结构的测量有着重要的作用,牙种植术中按正常解剖部位并且侧重颊侧骨板操作,可避免损伤下牙槽神经。
Objective: To investigate the guiding role of Cone Beam Computer Tomography (CBCT) in the implantation of the mandibular posterior teeth, and to study the relationship between mandibular canal anatomy and dental implants. Methods: Ninety-five patients undergoing planned mandibular posterior teeth implantation were enrolled in this study. Patients who underwent mandibular posterior teeth implantation were included in the study population according to the results of the analysis. The clinical effect was evaluated after treatment. Cross-section of the alveolar ridge and mandibular tube-related data for statistical analysis. Results: Under the guidance of CBCT, 95 patients underwent routine implantation and all the repairs were completed with a success rate of 100%. The width of the lower alveolar crest and the width of the lower 10 mm gradually widened from anterior to posterior. The alveolar ridge gradually decreased from top to bottom Widened. The mandibular canal was located on the lingual side of the lower part of the mandibular body and near the lower edge of the mandible. The mandibular canal in the first and second molars of the mandible traveled parallel to the inferior mandibular edge and turned outward at the near-mental foramen To the buccal side of the mental foramen. CONCLUSIONS: CBCT plays an important role in the measurement of the anatomy of the mandibular canal. In normal dental anatomy and with emphasis on the operation of the buccal plate, the inferior alveolar nerve can be avoided.
