咳嗽是临床经常遇到的病证,但往往有部份病人按常规辨证治疗不能获效,以致缠绵不愈。笔者经几年来的实践,自拟麻蝉止咳汤治疗外感引起的久咳、顽咳病证148例,取得较满意效果。一般资料病例选择:148例病例均属西药治疗无效或按常规中医辨证治疗1周以上无效者。病种主要以感冒、急性气管炎、喘息性气管炎、咽炎等,并均排除肺炎、肺结核等其他非急性呼吸道感染病变,年龄最小3个月,最大65岁;性别男62例,女84例;其中儿童66例,职工40例,干部10例,教师16例,农民12例,退休人员2例。病程最短1周,最长2个月。
Cough is often encountered in clinical syndromes, but often some patients according to conventional dialectical treatment can not be effective, so lingering. After several years of practice, the author proposed that Cicada cough soup treat 148 cases of cough and nocturnal cough caused by exoskeleton, and achieved satisfactory results. General information Case Selection: 148 cases are Western medicine treatment or invalid according to conventional Chinese medicine treatment of more than 1 week invalid. The main types of diseases were colds, acute bronchitis, asthmatic bronchitis, pharyngitis, and other non-acute respiratory infections such as pneumonia and tuberculosis. The youngest was 3 months and the maximum was 65 years old. There were 62 males and 84 females Among them, 66 were children, 40 were workers, 10 were cadres, 16 were teachers, 12 were farmers and 2 were retirees. The shortest course of 1 week, up to 2 months.
