家庭亲善政策是组织促进员工平衡工作、家庭角色及责任的重要方式;社会工作以助人、自助为宗旨,借助科学方法推进工作和家庭两个领域的共同发展。家庭亲善政策为社会工作拓展了新视野,社会工作为家庭亲善政策的实践提供了技术支持。为促进家庭亲善政策与社会工作的协同发展,应从三个层面着手:营造文化氛围;获取资源支持;创新管理方式。对两者间关系的探究有助于实现其优势互补,丰富管理学与社会学的跨领域研究。
Family goodwill policy is an important way to organize staff to promote balanced work, family roles and responsibilities. Social work aims at helping others and helping others and promotes the joint development of work and family through scientific methods. Family goodwill policy has broadened the horizon of social work, and social work has provided technical support for the practice of family goodwill policy. In order to promote the coordinated development of family friendly policies and social work, we should start from three aspects: to create a culture atmosphere, to obtain the resources to support and to innovate the management methods. The exploration of the relationship between the two helps to achieve its advantages complement each other, rich in management and sociology of cross-cutting research.
